16For the Lord himself will come down from heaven,
with a loud command, with the voice of the archangel
and with the trumpet call of God, and the dead in Christ
will rise first.

17After that, we who are still alive and are
left will be caught up together with them in the clouds to

The Coming of the Kingdom of God

26"Just as it was in the days of Noah, so also will it be in the days of the Son of Man.
27People were eating, drinking, marrying and being given in
marriage up to the day Noah entered the ark.
Then the flood came and
destroyed them all.

 28"It was the same in the days of Lot.
People were eating and drinking, buying and
selling, planting and building. 29But the day Lot left Sodom,
fire and sulfur rained down from heaven and destroyed them all.

 30"It will be just like this on the day the Son of Man is revealed.
31On that day no one who is on the roof of his house, with his goods inside,
should go down to get them. Likewise, no one in the field should go back for anything.

32Remember Lot's wife!
33Whoever tries to keep his life will lose it, and whoever loses his life will preserve it.

two people will be in one bed;

from graduation.

Susie and Jessica, you guys are almost there, with one foot in the doorway to college life and the other still clinging to home.
I know there's a reason why God is sending you guys to your particular colleges... and as people pray and look out for you,
i hope that you'll find out that reason. Stay strong in Him, never compromise your faith, and seek Him first before school, before
grades, before friends, and before fun! I love you guys so much... putting you two together... oh man... I can't even describe
how hilarious you two can be.

to VBS.

ahhhhh! How many hours did that take again? Thirty?! But God is good, Amen?!
Lisa, Sara, and Grace, you guys really impressed me with all your art skills!
and Catherine, miss incredible artist, I loved that moose even though it was never finished. ^^
Despite it being a lot of hard work, I must say, it was a blessing in and of itself.
We got to spend so much time together, and I think it helped me to ease into summer
by getting that much closer to you girls~ *sigh* I never want to go through those
art-related back pains again, but the fellowship was well worth it!

I WILL MISS VBS. and Jessica dancing with the motions. and Grace dancing with the motions.

haha... this is kind of weird since I'll see you on Sunday. But I just wanted to let you know, Grace,
that now I know who to turn to for a good time spent with good food. I bet halmuhnee's love you to death!
I won't forget the retreat, with us fumbling around to find toothpaste... till you left all of a sudden
for summer school. -.-
When we waved farewell to you that bright and sunny Sunday afternoon, who knew that your coming back
would seem so soon? And now, you must leave again, but this time, we won't see each
other till... christmas.

I had opal earrings on yesterday.
My brother asked our mom, "Umma, do you like nuna's earrings?"
She replied, "Uhh, yea, their ok."
Then she added, "Don't ever buy nuna anything ever again."
(My brother got me the earrings from Florida).

Our mom went on to say, "Those earrings are lopez earrings, aren't they?"

         
"LOPEZ earrings."
We are still confused.

 "Umma,
LOPEZ is a Mexican name."
          

"Oh yea, like topaz! That's what I meant," she exclaims.
